Terms of service

Eligibility:

1. The competition is open to students currently enrolled in grades 6 through 10.

2. Participants must reside in Bengaluru or attend a school located within Bengaluru.

3. Registration must be completed by 30th October, 2024.

4. Only one entry per participant is allowed.

5. Participants must have parental/guardian consent to enter the competition.

6. Every team is required to have one mentor teacher to support and guide them through the process.

Project Requirements:

1. Selected participants are required to design and build a prototype that addresses a real-world problem.

2. The prototype must be an original creation and not a copy or replication of existing solutions. It should demonstrate innovative thinking and practical application.

3. The prototype should be functional or demonstrate a clear path to functionality if it is a model.

4. The project must be the participant's own work, and any external assistance should be clearly acknowledged.

Liability:

1. The organizers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during the event.

2. Participants agree to take part in the competition at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines provided by the organizers.

3. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules or engaging in unethical practices.

Competition Date & Venue:

1. The event will take place on in February 2025 in Bengaluru.

2. Specific venue details, including address and timings, will be communicated to registered participants in December 2024.

3.Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event.

4. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to change the date or venue of the event. Participants will be notified in advance.

Agreement:

1. By participating in the competition, participants agree that the organizers may use their name, project details, and images for promotional purposes.

2. By registering for the competition, participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
